Liza Marquez, the mother of CSI Miami star David Caruso‘s 2 children, is claiming that he owes her 2 settlement payments of $335,000 from January 2009 and 2010 and the third payment of the same sum will be due in January 2011.
Marquez also fired her lawyer and is now representing herself after alleging she received bad legal advice. The next hearing will be on May 4, 2010.
Does Caruso even have that kind of cash?!
Apparently not if he’s skipping the payments!
