Kim Kardashian‘s former domestic employee Isabel Hernandez filed a lawsuit against Kim and her ex-husband Damon Thomas for allegedly not paying her $29,000 she was owed for her work between 2006 and 2008.
Kim’s defense was that she’s not responsible for the tab since she moved out of Thomas’ house in 2003 and divorced him in 2004. Hernandez filed a dismissal against Kim and is now just going after Thomas.
Makes sense to us!
