After former employee Kayden Nguyen filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Steven Seagal, he is now filing an arbitration claim for breach of confidentiality agreement against Nguyen!
The agreement that she signed when employed with Seagal stated that any disputes will be settled in arbitration. He’s also seeking attorney’s fees against Nguyen and her lawyer Bill Waldo.
Seagal’s lawyer Marty Singer claims that Nguyen was let go for illegal activity, but Waldo is denying that allegation saying that he has declarations from other former employees that support Kayden’s statements!
This is getting JUICY!
