$100 Bill Goes 3D!

Ben Franklin got a make over!

On Tuesday, the U.S. Treasury debuted the new high tech $100 bill that includes a 3D security ribbon.

The new ribbon includes a series of digits and images that appear when the bill is tilted so there’s no need to rush out and get those geeky glasses.

The reason behind the so called “state-of-the-art” security feature is to battle counterfeiters considering the $100 bill is the most recreated paper currency.

Pretty cool.
