Jon Claims He Never Wanted Primary Custody! Lawyer Filed Without Permission!

And the douchery thickens…

After announcing that he fired his lawyer this morning, Jon Gosselin is now claiming that Anthony List filed legal papers asking for primary custody of his eight children without the deadbeat dad’s permission!

He says:

“I never wanted primary custody, he [attorney Anthony List] filed for that. I only wanted a more flexible custody schedule so I could be with my kids.”

And like any proper famewhore, List immediately lashed back with:

“Jon signed off on everything.”

Wow. We’d like to believe Jon, but why did it take him so long to come forward and claim that List was acting shady??
