Tour de France champion and testicular cancer survivor Lance Armstrong is expecting his second child with his current girlfriend, Anna Hansen.
He announced the happy news on Twitter yesterday, after having hinted about it previously. This will be Lance’s fifth little rugrat as he also has three children with his former wife!
