Simpleton won an arbitration over the weekend putting a ban on marketing an exercise video of hers from 2005.
Her lawyers and Jessica were award a breach of contract claim, which awarded them $357,587 to cover fees and costs and the judge also ordered the production company to pay Jessica’s business manager, David Levin, $50,000 on a slander claim.
