“Our purpose:
To place abandoned/unwanted basset hounds in suitable, loving, permanent homes.
What we do:
All basset hounds who come into our care are spayed/neutered, provided with any necessary medical care and brought up to date on vaccinations.
They are loved and cared for in a foster home where their personalities and individual needs are assessed. They are then placed into suitable adoptive homes.
We do our utmost to ensure each basset is matched to the right family, but if for any reason the adoption does not work out, we require that the basset be returned to rescue… at any time throughout the life of the basset.”
