It really happened!
Way back in August, Timbaland teased that we may be expecting some new music from Aaliyah, but we weren’t sure if that meant a completely new song or just a remix.
However, the 43-year-old music producer just dropped his new mixtape King Stays King on Sunday and one of the songs actually features the goddess herself!

In the previously unreleased track Shakin, Aaliyah can be heard singing the verses to Tim’s hook and chorus, and it’s just heavenly.
It’s such an incredible feeling to hear her voice on something new again!
