Aaron Hernandez Requests A Jail Transfer! Find Out Why HERE!

This accused murderer does NOT feel safe!
Former NFL player Aaron Hernandez is currently residing in a Bristol County Jail, but his lawyers want him moved somewhere closer to Boston.
Part of the reason for this is because the lawyers want to be closer to Hernandez, in terms of traveling time, so he can ├óΓé¼┼ôreceive constitutionally-guaranteed effective access to and assistance of counsel”.
However the other reasons are of the more inflammatory kind as apparently Hernandez fears for his personal safety!
Here’s what the docs said:

“Surely, there is now reason to be seriously concerned about Hernandez’s personal safety while housed at the Bristol County HOC and to question the ability of that facility’s staff to treat Hernandez fairly and professionally while he is subject to their total control. This dynamic is simply untenable.”

Hernandez also believes that the Bristol County Sheriff, Thomas Hodgson, is using Hernandez to get his own name in the spotlight. His legal team also accuses the sheriff of collecting evidence for the prosecutors against their client in this high profile case.
However, even though Thomas Hodgson would have no problem if Aaron Hernandez is moved, the sheriff says all of Hernandez’s claims are total BS. He said:

“I have a staff that is very professional. They understand they├óΓé¼Γäóre dealing with a high-profile person and go the extra mile to ensure his safety, and other inmates├óΓé¼Γäó safety. I├óΓé¼Γäóm VERY comfortable with how we’ve conducted ourselves.”

We honestly don’t care if Hernandez is moved or not — jail is jail. Although we wonder if he was moved if that would delay his trial which is expected to start October 6th. If that is what the lawyers are trying to here – then that’s something we WOULD have a problem with!
