ABC Says Nicollette Is "Without Merit"

ABC execs are responding to Nicollette Sheridan’s lawsuit against Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry claiming that he assaulted her while she was starring on the show.

The network folks admit to having heard such complaints from Nicollette last year, but found them to be “without merit.” They also claim they have yet to see the “actual complaint” filed with the courts yesterday morning.

This is bound to get very ugly very quickly! Get ready for a shit-storm, ABC!
