The owners of the house should be lock up!
Animal control officers worked with Houston police on Thursday to seize several farm animals from a property in southeast H-town.
Animal cruelty investigators were called to the scene after area residents complained about the way the animals were being treated.
Officials say they found ├óΓé¼┼ônumerous goat and pig carcasses, as well as dead cats, chickens and ducks,” among the living.
Animal Control Officers has this to say:
“The investigating ACOs also observed 12 goats, 5 pigs and 2 dogs suffering through inhumane conditions. BARC ACOs contacted Houston Police Department (HPD) Animal Cruelty investigators, who subsequently requested a seizure order to remove the animals.”
The animals will be taken to the Houston Humane Society.
Hopefully these poor animals will find a good home soon.
