Actress Daisy McCrackin (pictured above, left) and actor Joseph Capone (not pictured) are recovering after being the subjects of a horrifying — and nearly deadly — kidnapping and extortion plot that lasted more than 30 hours in late May.
The news is only coming to light now after one of the kidnappers was very publicly arrested in Los Angeles on Monday in video captured that went viral on Twitter this week.

McCrackin — who has appeared in Halloween: Resurrection, where the still (above) is taken from — was kidnapped at some point in late May and driven around to various banks, being forced to withdraw money from her accounts for the kidnappers.
Her friend, Capone, was also taken by kidnappers from her house, and the alleged criminals apparently stripped him completely naked and held him in a bathtub without food or water for more than 30 hours to neutralize him while they got money from McCrackin.
That’s all coming to light now from the L.A. County District Attorney after one of the alleged kidnappers was taken into custody in what became a viral video — you may have seen this making the rounds earlier this week (below):
Police had been working on the case for weeks when they determined that women was allegedly involved, and they had her arrested.

All three alleged accomplices are allegedly in custody now, too — and they all face life in prison for their crimes, which including kidnapping and a host of other charges.
Scary!!!
