Yesterday afternoon, British cutie Adele attended the 2011 Echo Awards in Berlin, Germany.
The singer worked the red carpet in a form-fitting black dress, added some black tights, and finished the look with some black pumps.
As usual, she kept her makeup minimal, with the focus going to her eyes and her porcelain skin and her hair was in a simple ponytail.
