Everyone knows Adele is someone really special- a huge, important star!
Well, everyone except her family!
Adele’s aunt Anita Adkins says despite all the money, fame, and accolades:
“She doesn├óΓé¼Γäót get any special treatment ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ of course not. Why would she? There├óΓé¼Γäós plenty of nieces, nephews and grandchildren in this family so no one gets any special treatment, I can tell you. They├óΓé¼Γäóre all treated the same.
Adele comes round and she├óΓé¼Γäós still got to go and make her nan a cup of tea, I├óΓé¼Γäóm afraid.”
Ha! We wouldn’t have it any other way! After all, if the fame goes to her head, how will she keep writing such heartbreakingly relatable songs as Someone Like You?
But hasn’t fame affected Adele a little? Not according to Anita. She says:
“She hasn├óΓé¼Γäót changed with her success, she is who she is. What you see is what you get, the package.
Apart from a few expensive ballgowns, why would she change because she’s earning £41,000 a day?
She├óΓé¼Γäós quite thrifty with her money, she knows not to throw it around. She├óΓé¼Γäós not a waster, she wasn├óΓé¼Γäót brought up to waste.”
40,000 lbs a day?! How does she even lift it all?! LOLz!
