Over a week after Adrian Peterson’s two-year-old son was brutally beaten and killed, the accused has been charged!

The boyfriend of the boy’s mother, Joseph Patterson, was charged with second degree murder, two counts of first degree manslaughter, aggravated battery of an infant and felony child abuse.

YIKES!!!

Since Patterson is being tried in South Dakota, the second degree murder charge alone carries a life sentence penalty.

He hasn’t been proven guilty yet, but if he is, we hope he gets the max on everything.
