Looks like ABC’s got a lot of faith that you’ll bring in the viewers, Billy Crystal!
We’ve just learned that ABC will be charging advertisers $1.6 to $1.7 million for 30 SECONDS of ad time during the 2012 Oscars!!!
While that seems like a lot, it’s actually approximately the same amount of money that ABC charged for 30 second ads last year as well…give or take $100K.
This is definitely a good thing, because it shows that both ABC and advertisers clearly still have faith in the telecast EVEN though last year’s show was sorta blah.
Do U think it’d be worth spending so much money to advertise on the Oscars???
