Great question!
Here’s 5 better living tips that can lead to slimmer hips:
1. When eating out never finish what’s on your plate. Instead, bag it up and hand off to the homeless which sadly you won’t have to go far to find ( make sure you grab a plastic fork and exercise caution but most people are extremely grateful for a freshly cooked warm meal).
2. If someone gives you chocolates you don’t want, drop them into the local hospital for the nurses who are often under appreciated.
3. Clean out your cupboards and give unopened canned and packaged food to the local shelter or food bank who never have enough food to hand out.
4. Freshly baked batch of cookies you know you will eat your way through if you don’t do something with ? Freeze half and send the rest to school with a thank you note for the teachers who we know NEVER get paid enough.
5. When catering for a party plan to have the leftovers put into cute little party bags and distribute to the guests when they leave who will probably offload to the babysitter……see that’s called paying it forward and better than paying in Trident layers!
