We’re still very saddened by the loss of Etta James.
The public viewing is scheduled for Friday, and we’re hearing that Rev. Al Sharpton will be at a private funeral on Saturday to eulogize the late singer. The funeral is going to be attended by many, and will include performances by celebrities.
We just don’t know who exactly.
Etta was 73, and the public viewing will be held in Inglewood and the funeral will be held in Gardena.
The family IS accepting donations, but ask that they be sent to the Philadelphia-based Rhythm & Blues Foundation.
Etta’s music will go down as some of the best to have ever been made.
