We’re getting closer!!
We previously told you about how Pharrell, Nick Jonas and even Diddy were being eyed up for a judge’s seat on Idol!
Now, it’s looking like Alanis Morissette is readying to nab a spot!
Last week, Alanis pretty much dropped some hints in regards to her new possible role, saying that she’d been in talks with somebody!
And, by the sounds of things, it seems she better get ready to meet her possible new bestie, Mariah!
A source revealed:
“They have Mariah Carey for the diva figure on the show and Alanis would be the honest judge who could really teach the contestants important lessons about the music business. Nothing is signed yet, but they’re negotiating and near closing a deal.”
Interesting! We’re sure she’d be great!
It seems if Alanis were to take up the new role, it’d be great promo for her upcoming album, Havoc And Bright Lights, due out on the 28th!
The last time Mz. Morissette appeared on Idol was back in 2010, when she hit the stage with finalist Crystal Bowersox, and was AHmazing as always!
We wonder how the chemistry will turn out to be on this season’s panel!
