We must admit, it’s usually best to NOT release any sort of statement over Twitter.
So many things can get misinterpreted that way…
…plus, you only get 140 characters!
Alec Baldwin finally figured that one out as he has released a formal statement addressing the ridic accusations against his wife, Hilaria.
Initially, he went on quite the Twitter tirade after she was accused of tweeting during James Gandolfini‘s funeral. And you know an Alec tirade is unlike any other!
From calling the Daily Mail writer in question a “toxic little queen” to saying he was going to “f***├óΓé¼┬ªyou├óΓé¼┬ªup,” Alec covered all the bases.
Now, he’s released a much calmer statement about the matter. He said:
“It’s disgraceful that a reporter would manufacture and publish a story and not call for comment or explanation — especially when it’s intended to take away attention from honoring the memory of a beloved figure like James Gandolfini.”
Well, that’s much better.
We just wish Alec would do this step first instead on unleashing the beast on Twitter!
People tend to side with you when you’ve got a good point when not acting so cray cray!
