Film stars Nicolas Cage and Kathleen Turner have settled their libel squabble in a London court today.
Remember, y’all, Cage was pissed that Turner claimed in her recent autobiography that he had twice been arrested for drunk driving and had stolen a dog.
Looks like Ms. Turner and her publisher now accept that the claims were false and should never have been published.
Turner and peeps agreed to reimburse all Cage’s legal costs and make a substantial donation to a charity chosen by him to benefit the victims of elder abuse.
He probably wanted to remind Kathleen that she’s only a year or two away from qualifying as “elder.”
