The pregnant actress was spotted leaving her regular yoga class in Calabasas, CA yesterday wearing a loose white top.
It’s no secret that exercise gives your body MORE energy, but we’re sure the calming practice of yoga helps relieve some of Alyssa’s pregnancy related stress.
Although she hasn’t revealed any possible names for her unborn child, she did recently reveal on Twitter that she has decided to go green and use cloth diapers, tweeting:
“I made a big decision in my unborn son’s #poop today. I have decided to commit to the @GroViaDiaper cloth diapers. #YayPoop #GoGreen”
Yay for the environment! Yay for poop too! LOLz!
