We’re happy that Amanda Bynes is getting the help she needs.
Amanda arrived in El Lay today and went immediately to a hospital in Pasadena where doctors present placed her on an an involuntary psychiatric hold.

According to sources, Amanda believed that the the car service picking her up was taking her directly to The London Hotel where she was going to meet with her parents and their attorney.
However, her parents arranged for the car service to deliver her right to the hospital, where their lawyer, Tamar Arminak, was waiting with doctors. Reportedly, she’s been taken to Las Encinas Hospital.
In addition, sources say that the doctors there placed her on on a 5150 psychiatric hold, and that she will be held there for 72 hours.
Of course, that hold can be extended up to 14 days, and in that time there will apparently be an effort to get another conservatorship. [Image via AKM-GSI.]
