Amanda Bynes was going to get a neck tattoo but her plans failed when she failed to produce ID.

On Tuesday night showed up to the West Hollywood tattoo parlor called The Honorable Society looking to get a tat somehow related to her phantom fiancé Caleb.
While it’s unclear why the ID was even necessary seeing as how the artist knew it was Amanda, according to an employee, Amanda would have had to fill out a medical form anyway requiring disclosure of known illnesses.
This means that Amanda would have needed to tell them she was bipolar and schizophrenic.
All in all, Amanda definitely didn’t need a neck tattoo. That might not have been the wisest choice of ink to get.
