Well that’s some new hair!
Amanda Bynes was spotted out and about in El Lay on a shopping spree while showing off some innnneresting green hair!
The troubled actress was seen getting her shop on at a Victoria’s Secret, among other stores, because why not indulge in some retail therapy!

However, it looks like the trip to the mall is A LOT more than just some alone time at the stores!
Amanda took to Twitter to express exactly what is happening with her and her parents!
She said – although we wonder if she’ll retract this statement like she did the last one:
Yikes! Gurl, your parents are just trying to help you! Come on!

Let’s hope that the gift cards Amanda has been receiving from her parents are enough to help her live until she sees just how dire her situation is!
We really, REALLY hope we don’t see another downward spiral from her anytime soon.
