Following the blonde’s admission, the eccentric actor then revealed he would be directly donating to the two charities of his former flame’s choice, Children’s Hospital of LA and ACLU, and has already started to send checks their way.
However, Miz Heard does NOT approve of her ex’s decision, and is now insisting that he pay double what he initially agreed, and here’s why.
The actress’ team says that the 53-year-old wouldn’t actually be shelling out the full $7 million if he passed along the checks himself, because he’d be getting a charitable tax deduction!
Plus, the Justice League star maintains that the money is no longer the Kentucky native’s to give away.
The 30-year-old’s people told TMZ:

“If Johnny wishes to change the settlement agreement, we must insist that he honor the full amount by donating $14M to charity, which after accounting for his tax deduction, is equal to his $7M payment obligation to Amber.”

The team also doesn’t want the Pirates Of The Caribbean alum to take his time paying up, adding:

“We would also insist that the full amount be paid immediately and not drawn out over many years.”

They even go on to slam the stunt as an attempt to get out of paying the whole settlement:

“Anything less would be a transparent attempt by Johnny’s counsel, Laura Wasser and Patti Glaser, to reduce their client’s true payment by half under the guise of newfound concern for charities that he has never previously supported.”

What do U think of all this, Perezcious readers?!
