Amber Heard Faces The Rain

She is just so cute!
Even when she’s braving the rain (the rain native and transplant Angelinos are unaccustomed to), Amber Heard is stylish and colorful.
The scarf action is definitely the eye-popper in this ensemble. Sometimes it doesn’t work out when U try to wear two at the same time, but she does it! And she does it flawlessly.
Also, that robin’s egg blue on her… totally her color! She should wear it more often. Definitely on the red carpet!
