Not good!
As of December 27th, Teen Mom‘s Amber Portwood has been formally charged by the Madison County Prosecutor’s office with three Class D felonies for her altercations with baby daddy Gary Shirley – which include two counts of domestic battery and one count of neglect of a dependent – and one misdemeanor charge of domestic battery!
Furthermore, a warrant for her arrest has been issued!
If convicted, she could face up to three years in jail and fines of up to $10,000.
Seems so unfortunate! But actions have consequences, bb!
We just want whatever’s best for little Leah!
Thoughts?? Does Amber deserve to be sentenced so harshly?
