Less than a week after denying plus-size model search winner and spoofer Nancy Upton the grand prize, American Apparel has had a change of heart!
Nancy told Fox News:
“[American Apparel] extended an offer to tour the factory and sit with some of the creative directors to discuss what happened with the contest and have a dialogue about advertising to a different demographic.”
But just because she’s coming out to El Lay doesn’t mean she’ll be posing for one of their ads.
Upton adds:
“I would not appear in an ad campaign. I have opinions about the company that won├óΓé¼Γäót be changed by my visit.”
