The imprisoned movie star is in more financial hot water.
Wesley Snipes is being sued by American Express for skipping out on his credit card bill before he went to the slammer.
AMEX says Snipes owes them $29,343.03.
And they want that money back…with interest.
Snipes is being taken to court and the credit card company also want Snipes to pay for their attourney fees. He is currently in prison for tax evasion and suspected to be released in 2013.
Looks like more money woes for Wesley.
