Looks like American Idol has survived the cut!
The long-running singing competition show will live to make at least one more dream come true as it’s been renewed for season 14!
And according to an inside source, that’s not all that’s coming back! Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick, Jr. have all agreed to stay on as judges! The source says:
“They like and respect each other a lot. What you see on camera is exactly what you get when they’re off ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ fun, playful but they all take this job very seriously.”
Though the “New Dream Team” hasn’t turned the show’s flagging ratings around, their “fantastic” experience judging makes another season worthwhile.
The fourteenth season will kick off with auditions on June 18th and in honor of its returning hosts will hit New York City, Nashville, and New Orleans!
Ryan Seacrest is also expected to return, though his contract has not yet been finalized.
