The Dream Come True scent will be sold exclusively at Target starting in January for a very affordable $21.99 (1 oz. eau de toilette) and $12.99 (rollerball).
Licensing partner Ben Bennett of Hatch Beauty describes the fragrance as “sweet” because that’s what it would be like to win the Top Model title.
