Amy Winehouse has been acquitted of assaulting a fan who requested an autograph.
London District Judge Timothy Workman found Winehouse not guilty of punching dancer Sherene Flash in the face after finding the evidence unable to prove that the punch was deliberate.
Prosecutors claim the assault was deliberate, but Winehouse’s side said that the singer had felt threatened by Flash and that at the pair’s height difference, there’s no way the punch was even physically possible.
But we hear that that beehive throws a mean right hook!
