Apparently, the popo ain’t down for probiotics!
As we reported last year, former teen star Andrew Keegan started Full Circle Venice, a ‘non-denominational’ and ‘non-profit’ New Age temple located in Los Angeles.

However, it’s already starting controversy!
Last Friday, undercover agents with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control raided a charity thrown by the spiritual center because they were selling illegal goods!
And what were these goods? Crack? Cocaine?
It turns out it was…
Fermented tea?!
Yes, you heard us right. The 10 Things I Hate About You star was unlawfully selling Kombucha, which contains less than 1% alcohol.
While the hipster drink will most likely NOT get you crunk, it is classified by authorities as a beer and Full Circle was selling it without proper documentation!
Agent Will Salao says the organization was “cited for a misdemeanor for selling alcohol without a license” and explains:
“We’re a complaint-driven agency, so when someone notifies us about what might be an illegal activity, we respond to it.”
However, the 36-year-old actor is not buying this explanation!
He asserts:
“They may be a complaint-driven agency, but we’re an intention-driven organization and our intentions are pure├óΓé¼┬ª Kombucha is something we’d never imagine to be an illegal substance, and it’s frustrating the system has that perspective├óΓé¼┬ª We’re certainly taking full responsibility for co-creating the event. We try to put our best foot forward. We wanted to raise money for Sea Shepherd as a community; that’s how Full Circle operates.”
Full Circle spokesman Jason Dilts says the drink is used in the group’s spiritual practice.
Keegan further defended his point of view on Instagram by posting:
It’s a Kombucha REVOLUTION Meditation, massage sound healing and live art yet we got raided by the police and they confiscated our Kombucha? Hopefully, Andrew will think twice before he spills sells the tea!
