Shame On You, Andy Cohen!

This is just shameful!
While James Franco has been the recipient of most of the criticism regarding this year’s Academy Awards, Bravo’s Andy Cohen has instead chosen to lash out the PS 22 Chorus‘ performance of Somewhere Over The Rainbow at the end of the ceremony!
He says:

“There was a thing called ├óΓé¼╦£Up With People├óΓé¼Γäó in the ├óΓé¼Γäó70s or ├óΓé¼Γäó80s. … Oscar night is not about ‘Up With People.’ Like, I don├óΓé¼Γäót need to see that. It was just bad. It was just awful. It was horrible. A public school chorus singing Somewhere Over The Rainbow? I literally, if I wasn├óΓé¼Γäót going to go out to some parties, I would have slit them right then. It was the worst. I was looking for a knife to stick in my eyes. It was so terrible. Not the time. Everything has its time and place; the end of the Oscars? We don’t want to see this. You just ruined everything.”

Wow. Just so uncalled for and waaay too far!
You didn’t have to like it, but there is NO need to be this cruel to a group of children!
ESPECIALLY when your idea of a musical performance is having Kim Zolciak or Danielle Staub croak out whatever auto-tuned abomination they’ve decided to curse the world with on Watch What Happens!
So unfair and mean!
What do U think?? Did Andy take it too far??
