There’s no doubt Angelina Jolie is one of the hardest working moms in showbiz.
She’s an actress, a director, but above all, she’s a mother to six beautiful kiddies and she knows she has it good.
Unlike some of her peers (we’re looking at you Gwyneth Paltrow) who was under fire for her comments about her luxurious job making it difficult for her to be a parent as opposed to regular moms who have a routined schedule, Angie knows she’s in no position to complain.
In an interview during her press tour for Maleficent, the superstar was asked if she ever felt the guilty for being a working mom and she responded:
I’m not a single mom with two jobs trying to get by every day. I have much more support than most people, most women in this world. And I have the financial means to have a home and health care and food.”
The Maleficent star continued to say diplomatically without naming any of her peers:
“I actually feel that women in my position, when we have all at our disposal to help us, shouldn’t complain. Consider all the people who really struggle and don’t have the financial means, don’t have the support, and many people are single raising children. That’s hard.”
Angie totally gets it and we love her for that! She’s such a gracious and considerate woman.
Her peers could learn a thing or two from the Salt actress!
