Once again “fashionable” Anna Wintour was seen wearing her black and white Carolina Herrara dress as she was seen exiting her car in London this week, going to the Top Shop after party.
The repeat offender was last seen wearing the dress on August 24th while taping for The Late Show with David Letterman.
Sigh. At least she waited almost a month to wear it again, rather than 3 days!
