Boy, talk about beating a trend to death!
Yet another vampire movie is in the works, and this one will include a familiar Twilight face.
Cam Gigandet is set to appear in Priest, a film based off a TokyoPop comic book about wars between vampires and humans. Paul Bettany is also slated to star as the aforementioned priest, who rebels against his clergyman duties in order to save his kidnapped niece from a group of vicious vampires.
Gigandet’s character comes to his aid because he is in love with his niece.
Depending on how gruesome and violent this shiz turns out to be, we don’t see it doing too well, at least not with Twilighters, which we’re sure the producers are banking on.
