Another racial incident at Waffle House.
We must warn you, this footage is very difficult to watch. But, it’s important to know this is the reality black men and women face as a result of police brutality.
The clip shows Anthony Wall being lifted, choked, and slammed to the ground outside of a Waffle House by a white Warsaw County, North Carolina police officer named Frank Moss. Wall had gotten into a heated argument with an employee of the restaurant, who called the cops during the exchange.
Wall had stopped by the Waffle House after being a date for his 16-year-old sister to prom.

Wall was unarmed and non-violent, but the cell phone video showed him being aggressively beaten as Wall yelled:
“Get your hands off me!”
Wall later said he takes full responsibility for his argument with the Waffle House employee, but he maintains that the unnamed officer used excessive force upon arrival. He told WTVD:
“I was pretty much trying to scream for air and trying to breathe because he was holding my throat. That’s when I got aggressive with him because you are choking me.”
Makes our stomachs drop. Watch the footage (below):
We’ll keep you posted as the investigation is ongoing.
