Anti-Gay Minnesota Congressman Erik Paulsen Gets Glitter Bombed!

BEST. FORM. OF. PROTEST. EVER.
Check out the video (above) of gay activist Ben Egerman glitter bombing anti-gay Republican Minnesota Congressman Erik Paulsen for his efforts against same-sex marriage!
At the time of the event, the awful congressman was receiving a Friend of the Family award for “his efforts to place a constitution amendment to ban marriages for same-sex couples on the ballot in Minnesota for 2012.” Boo!
Here’s what Nick Espinosa of the Glitterati gay rights activism group had to say about it:

“I wasn’t there but I heard that they interrogated him and was told that he was being taken to the Bloomington police department to be charged with assault. However, 20 minutes later I got a call that he was free and no charges would be filed.”

Hooray! We’re glad to hear that Nick got off the hook…as he should! Nobody was hurt, and the Glitterati was able to get their VERY important point across!
EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL!
