Wait… we’re confused.
On Friday, TMZ revealed Apollo Nida had filed for divorce from Phaedra Parks two years after they separated in June of 2014.

While this isn’t shocking news, it’s definitely STRANGE considering Ms. Parks claimed the two had finalized their divorce in November. It’s safe to say something is up here!
In Mr. Nida’s petition, he requested joint legal custody of their two sons Dylan and Ayden. The convict, who is currently serving an eight year jail sentence for fraud, is also asking for their assets to be divided evenly.
Hmm… considering the criminal hasn’t seen his sons in a very long time, we doubt Phaedra will hand over custody. We’re also doubtful about his play for “their” money will pan out in his favor.
As of now, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star has yet to respond to Apollo’s legal docs. We guess we’ll have to wait and see what happens!
