Apple Vs Amazon

You don’t screw around with trademarks. That’s some dirty business.
Today, Amazon launched a new webpage called the Android Appstore. It’s where all you Android users can feel like you have a iPhone and download fun apps to play on your handheld media machine that also makes phone calls! (Remember, that is its primary function!)
However, when the company came up with the name “Appstore” they failed to remember that Apple had trademarked the term back when they launched the very first “App Store” for their consumers.
So, as you might have guess, Apple is suing Amazon for copyright infringement. Apple released a statement on the matter, saying:

“Consumers of mobile software downloads are likely to be confused as to whether Amazon’s mobile software download service is sponsored or approved by Apple.”

Which it isn’t, in case any of you aren’t following along.
Hopefully, this will end amicably. Amazon will most likely have to pay a fine for their attempt to capitalize on Apple’s namesake mistake and of course, they will have to come up with a new name.
Got any suggestions???
