Are Cells Phones Bad For Your Health?

Are Cells Phones Bad For Your Health
Quick, hang up the phone! The radiation coming out of it when you make calls might be doing permanent damage, according to a new body of research that’s been cropping up.
According to hundreds of studies that link EMF exposure (the rays coming out of your phone) to Alzheimer’s disease, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), brain fog, cardiovascular disease, miscarriage, infertility, insomnia, learning impairment, as well as anxiety and depression.
Because cell phones are such an important part of our lives, this seems like an unavoidable problem. However, here are some ways to decease your exposure:

1. Text, don’t talk, whenever possible.
2. Use speaker mode to keep your phone as far away from your head as possible.
3. Go offline — turn off your cell phone when you’re not using it and shut off your wireless router at night. (You’ll be amazed how much more soundly you’ll sleep.)
4. Get your phone out of the your pocket; men who carry their mobile there have lower sperm counts than those who don’t carry a cell phone.
5. Avoid tight spaces (buses, elevators, trains, and subways) where your phone has to work harder to get a signal out through metal.
6. Buy low, choosing a phone with a low SAR (specific absorption rate) number.
7. Replace your cordless phones with corded land line phones.
8. Don’t cradle your laptop–putting it on your lap exposes your reproductive organs to EMFs.
