That comment Bette Midler made about Ariana Grande and young girls did NOT sit well with the starlet.

As a refresher, the star expressed her opinion on Ari’s AMAs performance and said:
“You don’t have to make a whore out of yourself to get ahead.”
Yikes. While Bette was merely making a comment about what she saw on her television, that statement really upset the young star.
She was reportedly SHOCKED that the Wind Beneath My Wings singer would even make that comment — especially since the Hocus Pocus actress has done some pretty revealing photo shoots herself!
Well, that shock has turned to shade now!
The Break Free singer tweeted a white flag but accompanied it with one of Bette’s old scantily clad pics to drive the point home:
Dayum! Spill all that tea, girl!
Clearly, Ariana believes the pot is messing with the wrong kettle! She also high-roaded Bette, tweeting:
Is this some first class shade or is Ariana really trying to make nice?
