Just a few days after her apologies, Wolfee Donuts‘ owner, Joe Marin, won’t be pressing charges against the pop singer, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.

Considering the shop was docked down a health grade, and Joe’s “furious” comments, it’s a little surprising on their end.
Of course, with all their growing recent sales, who knows, they might be secretly grateful for the whole fiasco!
Plus, they’re probably ready for the scandal to be over with just as much as she is!
