DMX was arrested in Miami on Thursday.
The arrest stemmed from the rapper’s no show at a previously scheduled court appearance in Arizona on Tuesday.
A judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest and he’s on his way back home now to face the law.
DMX’s lawyer says he was intending to check himself into rehab.
Seems like a trip to jail might come first!
