Kiefer Sutherland is off the hook!
Although the two aren’t exactly on the way to becoming BFF’s, Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough has decided not to be a “complaining witness” in the assault case against Sutherland.
Sutherland reportedly head-butted McCollough earlier this month at a Met Gala after-party in an attempt to play hero to actress Brooke Shields. The headbutt resulted in a broken nose and bruised ego for the designer.
Lucky break!
Wonder what cau$ed McCollough to change his mind??
