What an exciting time for Audra McDonald and Will Swenson!
On Thursday morning, Audra took to Twitter to announce the birth of her first child with husband Will.

While the pair are already parents to children from previous relationships, the birth of this bundle of joy is a BIG deal considering McDonald is 46-years-old. The Tony winner even joked about how the pregnancy was a total surprise for the couple!
As for the gender and name of the little one, the duo are now the proud parents of a little girl named Sally James McDonald-Swenson. People Magazine reports Sally is in honor of Swenson’s late mother while James is a testament to Audra’s late father Stanley James.
