Avatar Becomes The #2 All-Time Grossing Movie!

We gotta admit that this is impressive.

At least now it is living up to all it’s hype!

Though the official count has not come in yet, sources have confirmed from the folks at 20th Century Fox that James Cameron’s Avatar is likely to take the #2 spot of highest grossing movies of all time!

Its $$$ is set to surpass Lord Of The Rings: Return Of The King, which grossed $1,119,110,941 in it’s release, and perhaps (but unlikely) may overtake the reigning champ of movies – James Cameron’s Oscar epic, Titanic, which grossed $1,842,879,955.

But what really makes these numbers so incredible is that Avatar has been able to achieve this kind of success in under a month! It’s managed to gross over a billion dollars in only 20 days!
